TRENCHES and there horrors.
ANZAC day is approaching fast and it's time for some history.
The trench's were uncomfortable and they were close together so if you poked your head up for a second you could kiss goodbye to life.
The air was freezing and soldiers could get frostbite plus see rat's and you could be 99% sure you would get lice the ANZACS had building's cannons,grenades ,baronets and much more.
My great grandfather went to war and came back with a bullet in his head and a hole in his leg so big you could put a finger through it.
Anzac day is a special day for me and this year on the 25th is even more special.
My Nana died in 2013 and this year her name will be on the memorial wall.
