This year the NZ cricket awards have gone with a blast. Trent Boult, who helped lead New Zealand to a 1-0 test win against England has won two awards. Ross Taylor won Best ODI batsmen after an unbeaten 180. Sophie Devine won ODI and T20 player of the year for the White Ferns.
While Colin Munro picked up T20 player of the year, the first batsman to pick up 3 T20 centuries, including a stunning 100 from 49.
The domestic womens batting award went to Maddy green, the captain of the Auckland Hearts with 4 scores over 50.
