Tom Latham to be 22nd Black cap captain for ODI

Tom Latham will be leading out the Black caps as captain for their next One dayer versing Ireland. The captain of the team, Kane Williamson is in India playing the IPL (Indian Premier League) so he cannot play against Ireland for the latest ODI. Some very good players are playing in the IPL too,
