CAMP THIS YEAR!

CAMP 2017

Year 7 and 8 camp has been and gone. I have really enjoyed camp as it has challenged me a lot. My favourite and scariest thing was probably the Rope swing at high ropes in taupo. It challenged me as I was really scared but eager to do it. Once I jumped (and realized I wasn't going to die) I calmed down a bit. After my heart was beating REALLY REALLY fast. I am really proud that I was brave enough to try it and it was really fun.

I did’nt have a least favourite thing as I enjoyed everything. The funnest thing was probably the waterhole. My favourite parent helper was my dad. 😀  I enjoyed learning how to catch a prawn as they were hard to catch, but fun to catch. My goal for camp was to step out of my comfort zone and I definitely did that when I did the rope swing!! I would recommend the Rope swing to kids in the next camp because it is scary but really cool and fun!
